How much does shipping cost for large items?
We offer tiered flat-rate shipping based on your location. White-glove delivery, which includes assembly and packaging removal, is available for all large furniture pieces.
What is your return policy?
You can return any non-custom item within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to oversized furniture.
Do you offer custom dimensions or finishes?
Yes, many of our signature collections can be customized to fit your specific space. Please contact our design team via the 'Custom Order' page for a quote.
How should I care for my wooden furniture?
To maintain the wood's natural beauty, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend reapplying a wood conditioner every 6-12 months.
Is assembly required for your products?
Most of our smaller items arrive fully assembled. For larger dining tables or bed frames, minimal assembly is required, and clear instructions along with necessary tools are included.
